RACHEL KEELER

EAC Region
Working and living in East Africa for the last 9 years, Rachel is an expert in investment and development in the EAC. From her position as Co-Founder of Africa Assets, she moved to become Associate Head of Impact at KPMG International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) covering private sector development, renewable energy, resilience, agribusiness, financial inclusion and healthcare. Rachel joined AAP in 2018. She has a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics in African Development.
CHRISTOPHER MORRIS

An experienced investment banker and management consultant, Christopher spent six years at Morgan Stanley before building the international businesses of Saxon Financials. He then went on to establish consulting firm Aequitas Associates before joining Jermyn Capital Partners at CEO. He then moved to FIG as Head of Investment Banking before leaving to establish AAP. He has a deep understanding of corporate finance, advisory and capital markets and has led engagements across multiple sectors. He has an MBA from London Business School and is a MCSI with the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
SANDY WADE
Associate Director
Horn of Africa Region
Sandy has over 40 years’ experience in the British Army and as a diplomat. He spent ten years working in Ethiopia for the FCO in the British Embassy in Addis Ababa, with the European Union in the EU Delegation to the African Union as Military Advisor and in the EU Delegation to Ethiopia as Head of Political Section. Since leaving the EU in August 2017 Sandy leads our team’s engagement in the Horn of Africa. He has an MBA from Cranfield University and was awarded an OBE for his command of the an infantry battalion.

Based in Zambia, with over 22 years’ experience, Bayo is a leading private sector development expert with an extensive network of contacts throughout Southern Africa and Nigeria across the private sector & government sector. He also has significant experience managing donor funded programmes across Africa. He has an MBA from Aston University.
